Dr. Fotovat and Dr. Sands are committed to making orthodontic treatment affordable.  We do not want finances to create an obstacle to begin treatment.  We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile.
At your complimentary first visit, we will review the different treatment options and go over the fees with you.  We offer flexible payment options that make braces affordable. Some of our payment options include:

• No money down third party financing
• Courtesy discounts for payment in full
• Reduced fees for AM appointments
• We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
• We offer Automatic bank withdrawals and monthly credit card withdrawals
• We will work with your personal needs to help find payment options that will work with every budget.

We are happy to announce that we are an insurance friendly office and we gladly accept most insurance plans.  If you have insurance, please let us know so that we can verify your benefits for you and let you know what your insurance covers.  Each insurance company has different benefits and our office has many years of experience in making sure that you get the maximum benefits entitled to you.
